Eugene D. Jones is a Human Resources Professional with 25+ years of Industry experience, earning a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management. He has held positions as a Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Business Partner, Physicians Relations Partner, Human Resources Supervisor, Business Manager, and Administrative Office Administrator. He is a Certified Mediator—a current Society of Human Resources (SHRM) member. Eugene is a proud business owner of Above All Driving School, LLC, established in January 2016.
Eugene's community service activities include serving as a Board Member for the Small Business Development & Advisory Board for the City of Sacramento and a Board Member for the Workforce and Investment Board (WIB) in Yolo County. He is a CSU-Sacramento Black Alumni Association member and a past President of the Sacramento National Pan-Hellenic Council 2005-2009, currently serving as the Vice President.
His hobbies include playing golf, participating in and leading fundraising efforts targeting scholarships for low-income high school students, and attending my children's activities: Sacramento Symphony orchestra concerts, soccer games, and theater performances.
Eugene has served on the Nobility Education Foundation, Inc. in various positions since its inception in 2010.
Donnell Foster has been working with the Nobility Education Foundation Inc. since its inception in 2010. He was originally a foundation member and currently serves on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer. Growing up in the Bay Area he witnessed the effect his family had on the community and would like to help have that same effect on the Sacramento community.
Donnell has worked in Information Technology for over 25 years. He has provided all levels of support from answering phones at the service desk, to providing end user support as a workstation technician, to supporting the Microsoft server environment and Microsoft Office 365 as an administrator.
He has served on several youth basketball boards. He was also a coach for several boys’ and girls’ teams. Competing in AAU tournaments in Reno, Las Vegas, and Portland Oregon. He is currently serving as a member of the media team at his church.
Currently, Donnell is a Sr Systems Support Engineer at a power company. In his spare time, he enjoys web development, cycling, bowling, and spending time with his family.
Mr. Bates has 27 years of experience as a Senior Systems Engineer and Program Manager for Hewlett-Packard. He is a results-driven, passionate professional with extensive experience and a wide range of expertise across all aspects of IT, networking, electronics, manufacturing, and customer service.
He is passionate about driving new product introductions and complex projects for large-scale enterprise organizations. Advanced expertise in government purchasing processes and policy. Extensive experience in mission-critical networks and systems engineering. Skilled troubleshooter continually focused on swiftly identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
Mr. Bates focuses on strategic planning and operations in Real Estate Technology with the MetroList MLS. He remains at the forefront of evolving technology of Artificial Intelligence tools and regulations of the Real Estate industry.
Mr. Bates is passionate about outdoor activities, including mountain hiking, biking, golf, and physical fitness. He has two children, Mykell Bates, who currently resides in Los Angeles and coaches for the Angel City FC Soccer Club, and Adriane Bates, an attorney for the County of San Mateo..
Jeffery Douglas, Jr is an IT Analyst for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Correctional Health Care Services. Jeffery has worked in the IT field for 11 years serving the IT needs for all 34 California Institutions statewide. Jeffery has spent the last 23 years serving in various roles in youth programs, in the Bay Area, San Joaquin Valley, and Sacramento area. Jeffery is very passionate about his work with youth which helps to build their confidence to pursue their dreams. Jeffery received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from University of California, Chico in 1998.
Abraham D. Samuel, Jr. graduated from Iona College with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Clark Atlanta University with a Master of Social Work. Completed Sacramento County Leadership Academy; currently the President of Epsilon Xi Chapter and Social Action and Health Chair for the 12th District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. Employed as a county employee for many years in various capacities, including social worker, supervisor, and manager. Worked as an adjunct faculty at the University of Phoenix, home health and hospice industry, along with officiating high school sports.
Devotion to family, community, and faith are important. Enjoy working locally with non-profits and accessing community collaboration, and developing partnerships. Mr. Samuel believes giving back has real value and leading by example.

Mr. Paige is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at Northern Arizona University. He has over seventeen years of academic experience and over twenty-five years of practice experience in analyzing, developing, implementing, and supporting information technology architectures
and systems in various environments. He has held management positions with KPMG Consulting, Deloitte Consulting, Big Five consulting firms, and major organizations such as Unisys
and Transamerica.
Mr. Paige has extensive experience in teaching, performing, and instructing project management activities using various project management tools and techniques, performing feasibility analysis,
defining and instructing how to develop business and functional requirements, conducting data collection and analysis, performing and instructing detail design activities, development, and implementation, documenting and instructing how to develop feasibility studies, and defining and performing release/configuration management activities within higher education, healthcare, education, state, and local government vertical industries. His expansive experience with implementing and instructing industry-standard methodologies with various projects for major organizations has prepared him for success in future educational and professional endeavors. Professor Paige is currently a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at Northern Arizona University. He has a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems, and a Project
Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute..
